Andrea Tallevi is an accomplished financial professional with extensive expertise in accounting and financial management. As the former Head of Accounting at wefox Insurance AG, Andrea played a key role in streamlining financial operations, driving automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, and managing reinsurance accounting and settlements. Prior to his time at wefox, Andrea developed his expertise at Ernst & Young (EY) in Milan and Munich, where he specialized in auditing and financial advisory. Currently, he partners with businesses in the insurance industry to deliver bespoke automation solutions for accounting functions and to provide specialized audit support. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milan). 

Jonas Brauns

Jonas Brauns is an accomplished financial leader with a proven track record in driving strategic financial planning and operational excellence. As CFO and previously Head of Accounting at wefox Insurance AG, he led strategic financial planning, implemented robust financial structures, and optimized reporting processes. He was also instrumental in driving automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability during a period of rapid growth. Currently, as a Fractional CFO, Jonas provides businesses with tailored financial expertise to enhance strategic decision-making and performance. He holds a degree in International Business from Fachhochschule Vorarlberg (FHV). 

Omar Ordoñez

Omar Ordoñez is a skilled finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in managing complex financial processes and data systems. He specializes in accounting for insurance transactions, financial analysis, and data management, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and financial reconciliation. His technical expertise includes Python, PostgreSQL, VBA, and Power BI, enabling him to develop and maintain efficient reporting tools and databases for financial data. With strong problem-solving skills and a cross-functional approach, Omar enhances operational efficiency and drives data-driven decision-making within finance teams. He holds a degree in Project Management and Corporate Finance from EAE Business School (Barcelona).
